Welcome to Extreme CrossFit Martinsburg where we provide coach led, group classes geared toward creating a fun and exciting environment for bettering your overall fitness, wellness, and happiness. Our CrossFit program is constantly varied and includes functional movements for everyday life, inside and outside the gym. We don’t just focus on a one-hour workout, but rather how we can better the other 23 hours of your day as well.

four easy steps to

get started

This is a complimentary consultation with one of our team members. You will get to see our facility, learn more about what our program has to offer, but more importantly, allows us to get to know you better. We will go over your personal health and fitness goals and how our team can help you get there. Contact us to schedule your consultation today.
During your consultation we can get you scheduled to begin our Jump Start program which is dedicated to helping each new member learn the basic foundational movements used in CrossFit. You will also learn more about the methodology behind what we do and how it can benefit every aspect of your life, not just one hour of the day. This is a great time to get comfortable in our gym, work with members of our coaching staff, and meet your fellow classmates. The Jump Start introduction consists of 4 one hour classes.r.

Class Schedule | Curricular Activities

After your introduction, you are now able to participate in the group CrossFit classes. We understand everyone has different goals with their fitness. Our focus is to create inclusive group classes that create a fulfilling experience for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our group classes are filled with motivation, encouragement, and attentive coaching along the way. We are dedicated to making you reach your fitness goals!
