After a short general class warm-up, continue through a specific MU warm up
3 sets of:
3 muscle up transition practice with with feet on ground

3 ring swings + 2 Hips to rings

3-5 kipping ring dips

Run through the entire movement and find your progression for the muscle up

50 DUs
5 Muscle ups
