1. Strength
Back Squat (Work up to a heavy 2 rep w/ a 10 minute clock)
The idea with this is not to search for a PR, but to just get some heavy lifting. Find a heavy 2 rep without failing and move on.

2. Open/Conditioning

15 Burpee Box Jumpovers 24/20″
25′ Dumbbell Front rack Lunges, 2-50#/2-35#
30 Double unders
25′ Dumbbell Front rack Lunges, 2-50#/2-35#
*Every 5 foot of lunges=1 rep
