-then, after each round-
:30 second handstand hold
15 GHD Hip extensions
Complex: 5 1-DB Deadlift + 5 1-DB Hang Power Clean + 5 1-DB Jerk (each arm) (use lighter DB and work up heavier each round to 50/35#)
25 ft DB waiters walk + 25 ft ohs lunge each arm (use same DB as complex)
10 Medicine ball cleans (1st rd-20/10 2nd rd- 25/14# 3rd rd- 30/20#)

For time:
50 Wall balls, 30/20#
50′ 1-Dumbbell Overhead Lunge, 50/35#
50 GHD sit-ups
50′ 1-Dumbbell Overhead Lunge, 50/35#
50 Wall Balls, 30/20#
