Daniel started out personal training one on one clients with Extreme Family Fitness in 2013. He started taking CrossFit classes and never looked back. For him, CrossFit can be anything you want it be to fit your programming needs. If you want to lift heavier, run more, apply more gymnastics or kettle bell exercises, swim, row, hike, etc. He has dedicated his career in helping others achieve a better lifestyle for their own level of fitness and improving his own to show others that it can be done through hard work, focus, and dedication.
Daniel has his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Sports and Health Sciences with a focus on Exercise Science and Coaching Studies, Crossfit Level 1 Certification, USA Weightlifting Coaching Certification. Daniel train 5-6 days a week and rests on Sundays. Daniel likes to stay active so some days he will play flag football, go hiking with his dog or swimming on his days outside the box.
Daniel spends most of his weekends spending time with his two daughters – Madison, who is a thespian and loves to play piano, and Chelsea, who loves to play soccer.
I started my CrossFit journey in 2013 at Extreme CrossFit. I was looking for a change in my life and I fell in love with the people and atmosphere. I achieved my L1 in CrossFit and USAW in 2017 with the desire to help other people reach there fitness goals. If I am not in the box working out or teaching I am with my wife Christine daughter Kelsie and son CW on the family farm working.
